3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to locations specified on our website and during checkout. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

3.2 Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

3.3 Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

3.5 Damaged, Missing, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, contains the wrong product, or appears to have been lost during shipment, please contact us at  hello@lily-pod.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date, as applicable.
Please include your order number and photographs of the package or product when appropriate so that we can investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because Lily Pod products are food products, we generally do not accept returns of food products.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or otherwise does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

If a package arrives with damaged, opened, leaking, or otherwise compromised packaging, please do not consume the product. Contact us so that we can assist you.
